Max Peoples R.Ph.
CEO
Max founded RxScan in 1996, to commercialize the barcode scanning technology he developed for Uptown Pharmacy, a community pharmacy in Westerville, Ohio that he has owned since 1985. He received the DuPont Pharma Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award for Ohio in 1999. He earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio State University.
William Peoples
CFO
Bill is the RxScan’s Chief Financial Officer. His primary responsibility is managing the company’s overall financial growth and wellness. Prior to 2001, he was the Director of Finance for Michigan South Central Power Agency in Litchfield, Michigan and the Director of Accounting for South Central Power Company in Lancaster, Ohio. He also served as senior accountant with Ernst & Young in Columbus, Ohio. He has his degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.
Rachel Reed
Director of Business Development & Sales
Rachel manages the sales and vendor relationships at RxScan. She oversees both the business and creative development for the company. Rachel’s background is in healthcare focusing her career in both medical device and pharmaceutical and pharmacy software sales. She is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Communications.
