Pediatric Verification Software
RxScan releases ID Baby mobile for Windows Mobile 6.1 devices which instantly verifies that the baby’s bar coded wristband matches that of the parent’s as well as items such as milk, bottles, charts, cribs and bassinets. The verification software provides electronic documentation, including the date and time of every interaction with the infant (eg, feeding, parental visits, bassinets/crib arrivals and departure, milk collection, and patient chart access). 2D bar codes are used to confirm mother-to-infant and infant-to-breast milk / supplemental nutrition relationship, drastically reducing the risk of feeding errors and mislabeling.

Last week, RxScan, moved into new corporate offices. “In order to accommodate our expanded inside sales staff, engineering, and support staff we found it necessary to move our offices to a larger facility,” said Bill Peoples, CFO of RxScan.
“We have added a new training room and demo facility. We found we had outpaced our previous location rather quickly. RxScan has a lot to do over the next year and we now have the space within our new headquarters to operate most efficiently. Our business is growing and we have refocused our efforts on providing quality customer service by expanding our support staff and production area to assist in order fulfillment. This is an exciting time for our company; the new expanded headquarters supports our current momentum as well as future growth. We feel very fortunate that while other companies are cutting back, we are able to invest in our staff, our customers, and an expanded facility. We are looking forward to continuing this trend for many years to come,” said Rachel Kendzior, Director of Sales and Marketing at RxScan.
Our new corporate headquarters is located at:
