Max J. Peoples R.Ph., President

Mr. Peoples has served in that capacity since 1996 when he founded Retail Management Products, Ltd., d.b.a. RxScan Ltd , to commercialize the bar code scanning technology he developed for Uptown Pharmacy , a community pharmacy he has owned in Westerville, Ohio since 1985. He received the DuPont Pharma Innovative Pharmacy Practice award for Ohio in 1999. He earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from Ohio State University in 1983.


William A. Peoples, CFO

Mr. Peoples has served in that capacity since April, 2001. From 1989 to 2001, he served as Director of Finance for Michigan South Central Power Agency in Litchfield, Michigan and as Director of Accounting for South Central Power Company in Lancaster, Ohio. He earned a B.S./B.A. degree in accounting with honors (summa cum laude) from Ohio State University in 1987. From 1987 to 1989, he served as senior accountant with Ernst & Whinney in Columbus, Ohio.


Santanu Lahiri, CTO

Mr. Lahiri has served as the Chief Technology Officer since August 2000. Prior to that he worked for the Center for Human Resource Research, Ohio State University, as Programmer Analyst Sr. for over five years, spearheading the development of data collection software. He earned an MBA degree from the University of Florida in 1986 and an MS in the field of Computer Information Sciences from the Ohio State University in 1990.
