, a NDC Smart™ bar code scanner, hooks up to your pharmacy system through it's keyboard
connection, without disabling your
keyboard. Once installed, it complements your keyboard by allowing
you to scan:
- NDC number bar codes. Using the patented Instant NDC™ technology
it automatically inserts the 11-digit NDC number into your application.
- Rx and transaction number bar codes on labels
The net result is a savings in time - you don't have to enter
the numbers painstakingly by hand, just passing the bar code
through the scanner's field of view does it.
It eliminates keypunching errors!!!
